Versa 2 screen is too dim despite settings

Lately, my Versa 2 screen brightness has been stuck on dim. Even weirder, the brightness is set to normal, and sleep mode has been off. I've tried all troubleshooting methods. I've restarted it, checked for updates, and factory reset it several times, and nothing has worked. I also haven't seen any options for auto brightness. Is there still a way to fix this issue?

Thanks for sharing this issue with us; those steps were great! Let's try something else.

In addition to the steps you've already taken, you can try changing your clock face. Sometimes the device can get glitchy, and although you've performed a factory reset, it won't hurt to try this. You can follow these steps here.

I just tried this, none of the clock faces fixed the brightness. Any other suggestions?
