I am struggling with this watch. This is the 2nd Versa 2 I've purchased in one year! The first one - the screen totally went out on me and never could get it back. This one - the screen started with on & off unresponsiveness and then total unresponsiveness, then the clock face was shaking and the screen wouldn't shut off, now it won't sync, or keep time. What in the HECK is wrong with these watches???? They are way to expensive to have to buy one every 4-5 months!! Has anyone else had any of these crazy experiences with Fitbit watches?

Hi @LabMom1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 became unresponsive and now it won't turn on or sync. I totally understand how your feel about this.
I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
