Versa 2 screen is unresponsive

My versa lite is unresponsive when i try to get data info from the top or  when i try to get exercise etc, its stuck on the front screen.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Gedpaddy!

To hopefully get your Versa Lite back to working order, please first sync your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then hold it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on your device's display.

Thanks for reporting back, @Gedpaddy.

Another solution could be to let your device's battery completely drain until it will shut off, all this to eliminate any process that may be causing this issue with your device. Then please give it a full charge to see if things have been fixed.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi Talahthas

The watch went dead during the night, nothing at all, not even lights on the back.I rang fitbit and apparently after discussing our conversation on this forum and everything else I did, they would refer the matter to their warranty dept.They have since come back to me and said I am outside the 2 year warranty terms, therefore they cannot do anything other than offer me a discount on a new one!

Before throwing in the towel, please try to give your device a full charge, @Gedpaddy. This most likely will take much longer now as the battery of your device is deep discharged. If you device won't charge, I'd suggest having a closer look here for troubleshooting:

Thank you for all your support.Ive put it on charge again, so far no life.I have also cleaned everything and switched points etc.1 last go!!
