Bought the Versa 2 a couple months ago and have had nothing but problems: black screen multiple times a day, fitbit logo stuck on screen multiple times a day (which seems to drain the battery as I can only go 1 day before low battery sign) Nothing seems to help and looking at the community forum, looks like I'm not the only one 😞 What to do???
