Good evening,
My Fitbit Versa 2 screen has lost brightness and is blinking rapidly. It's fully charged, with no accidents or water damage.

Hi there, @JerryG0715. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 is flickering. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I also have same issues. I have recurring issues with my Versa 2. The button stopped working, and I received a replacement on November 29, 2022 (originally purchased on December 20, 2021). Now, the screen is flickering as of May 13, 2024. Seems the quality lasts only 1-1 1/2 years. Is this normal a smart watch to last this short? Should I not go back to Fitbit anymore?

I've had my versa 2 for 4 years and no problems. Yesterday mine started flickering, it is moisture inside. I put my watch in front of a fan with the backside facing it, within an hour or two it was back to normal.
