My Versa 2 is not responding to touch and cannot swipe. Have restarted multiple times, updated firmware (problem persisted before and after update). Cannot shutdown as cannot swipe to get to settings. Cannot find solution in community and not getting response from Fitbit support via email.

Have you tried a restart by holding in the button for 10 seconds

Yes, more than 5 times. Also changed watch face via Fitbit app

Yep, the same thing happened to me. It happened right after the latest update.
They really need to fix this ASAP.
