During the day 2 days ago while wearing I noticed my versa 2 screen was all black. It wouldn’t come on when turning my wrist, hitting the side button, nothing. It’s still tracking my steps and everything else but the screen will not work at all. I’ve tried resetting it by holding down the side button- I felt it vibrate and reset but nothing on the screen. I changed my clock face, I put it on the charger, I even let it die completely yesterday and put it on the charger and still, nothing on the screen at all, just black. It’s less than 30 days old and the screen looks perfectly fine, no apparent damage. Is there anything else I can try or can I send it back for replacement?

I'm having the same issue. Only the "quick settings" screen comes up. Otherwise, nada.

I have no screens whatsoever. Just black.

Same issues here 😞 Fully charged the device, but then the screen goes black and I can not use it. I've tried resetting it multiple times. I plug it back into the charger and the device awakes for about 5 minutes, and then the black screen..
