Versa 2 screen not working

A few days ago my Versa 2 stopped responding to taps and swipes. I restarted it, but it was still not responding. Today the screen looks like a fuzzy TV screen. I tried restarting it again, and there's no improvement. Are there other suggestions, or do I need a new watch?
