Without any action on my part, the top of my Fitbit has popped open and hangs by the ribbon. I've read lots of posts about this happening to others. Mine is out of warranty. Should I just superglue it back?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 2's screen.
Before doing something to your watch, please review Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations.
Please note the screen cannot be replaceable. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
However, as our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:
(a) use with non-Fitbit products
(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching
(d) operating the Product:
(i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit
(ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit
(iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
For more information about this, you can check our warranty policy.
Have a nice day.

My Versa 3 screen popped off within the one-year warranty period. They replaced it, which I thought was great, but within 3 months the new Versa 3 screen popped off. This time the best they can do is offer me a 35 percent off on a new Fitbit. This seems to be a common problem with the Versa 3 going by all the messages here and elsewhere and it's disappointing Fitbit has done nothing about it. I wished I had done my research earlier so I could've considered other options before dropping nearly $225 on a Versa 3 that lasted just over a year. I'm never buying a Fitbit again.
