my versa 2 is showing a constant bright white line on the screen. I have tried resetting it, restarting it, but nothing makes the line disappear. I'm so gentle with it, it hasn't been damaged since purchasing it in May.
The line is there whenever the screen is on. It's much brighter than anything else. And is just annoying!

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed below:
Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JuanJo,
I am having a similar issue. After reseting the Fitbit, it's showing a message in different languages like 'To start download FitBit app' along with the same vertical white light. On the same FitBit app showing message "Sync is taking while. Sit tight "
What do you suggest now?
