I got a replacement versa 2 about 2 months ago. It now has a white blurry screen. It still syncs to my phone and is recording steps etc. But I can not access anything on the screen. I have tried a factory reset and charging it. Although it is as ~70% charged.
Is there a common fault with versa 2 screens? As I sent my first one back as this suddenly when black, but wouldn’t sync.

Hi,
Yes I emailed the support team, who said my Fitbit was now out of warranty and offered a 35% discount off a new Fitbit.
However, my Fitbit was replaced in January due to been faulty, and 3 months later (now outside of warranty) it has broken again.
This is extremely disappointing, as I was previously offered 50% off a new Fitbit. Retrospectively I wish I had done this.
However I will now be looking at purchasing an alternative make, maybe an apple watch or Garmin.
Thanks,
Lucy
