Versa 2 screen turning off

I received my Fitbit versa 2 for Christmas, I haven't had the watch a full for months and I am beginning to experience my watching occasionally cutting out. How would I go about returning? It looks like this problem is common with this particular watch.

So, I'd recommend restart your Versa 2 as described in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
