A couple days ago my touch screen would not respond to touch, I couldn't swipe any direction, but the watch would still work and log everything. After a restart, it started working again.
NOW, I tried to check one of the settings, and the screen won't even turn on, I can't get it to restart, but it appears to be on, because the green HR monitor will still blink sometimes.
It still syncs with the fitbit app, but I can't get anything on the watch to function
This device was so rad when we got it, but these issues keep coming up and it seems to be super common online.
Please help us, FitBit!
I finally got it to restart today, but I'd love to see this bug get fixed, it seems to happen a couple times a day, it becomes completely unresponsive and I have to hold the button down a long time for it to actually restart
I ended up calling customer service and they are sending me a new Fitbit.
My versa 2 lags or is unresponsive at times. To fix this temporarily, TURN ON ALWAYS ON DISPLAY. In the meantime, reach out to support and they will send a replacement.
