For the past few days my watch face has been very unresponsive. I cannot swipe sideways up or down. I did a reset by holding down the button and I also already have it set to a fitbit clock face, nothing 3rd party. The watch was a Christmas gift this past year, so I have only had it for 4 months. Please help!
