Versa 2 screen unresponsive

My Versa 2 has froze. I’ve reset it a few times and nothing seems to fix it. It won’t give me the option of recording exercises or a walk... the screen rarely responds when I touch it. 
please help!

Thanks a million!

It kept restarting on it’s own last night until it ran out of charge - not entirely sure what’s going on with it.
