Hi! I've had my Versa 2 for 2 years now. I really enjoy it but, in the last couple weeks my screen has become more and more unresponsive. I have tried all of the "fixes" listed in the community but the screen is now totally unresponsive. I can only see the time. So far it is still syncing with my Android phone. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to purchase a new watch?

Hi there, @Elalouise. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 is still unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please confirm if you tried the steps below in the order listed:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried all those things, a factory reset fixed the issue...until today. Now my watch has no display at all.

The watch still works, it turns out that it only hold a charge for a few hours now. I guess this is end of life for my watch? Do they normally only last 2 years?
