My fit bit Vera is showing a white grainy screen I’ve already tried to restart it by holding down the button on the side it looks like it does restart but still only shows a white screen so I’m not able to see any of the apps.

Hi @Lizethjv That sounds like your Versa is dying. As restarting doesn't help, there is little else you can do, tho it might be worth trying changing the clock face you are using in the app. Sorry

Hi there, @Lizethjv. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, as @NellyG has recommended, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.
