Versa 2 screen went white

I woke up to my Fitbit Vedda’s screen being white. After a little the issue corrected. The  2 days later the issue occurred again when an alarm in the morning went off. It worked prior to the alarm going off. I am able to turn the alarm off by touching and still feel vibrations when a text comes in. My Fitbit has no trouble syncing.

I have tried to restart the device and the screen goes black then white again but never shows the Fitbit logo. I have also tried changing the clock face and restarting but that did not work.

Hi there @cr8482Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your posts about the issue with your Versa 2 and for the troubleshooting steps that you tried prior posting.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If that does not work, try the following:

  1. Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off or you feel a short vibration.
  2. When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
  3. Wait until the blue logo appears, then disappears:
  4. Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again, until you feel a vibration.
  5. After you feel the vibration, release the button. This vibration indicates they started the factory reset.

Let me know how it goes.

I tried following the steps and it isn’t working. I can’t be sure I am doing it correctly because the screen is just white, and the vibration happens immediately after pressing the side button. No matter what I do the screen is white and I can’t see anything else.
