Versa 2 screen with lines

This morning when I woke up the fitbit I have had for just over a year, has little lines all across the screen and looks almost like a fuzzy television station. I restarted it, as well as making sure everything was up to date. I have seen this issue talked about on quite a few other forums.  Not sure what I'm supposed to do.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried doing a restart, I recommend changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I also changed the clock face. After I made sure it was all updated I took the watch off and have been letting it just sit. When I took a look at it today the screen was extremely more fuzzy and dim.
