I receiced my Fitbit Versa 2 last week and today my screen will not respond to touch at all. I have not hit it on anything and the screen is not damaged.

Hi @MusicalEmily15 Try restarting the Versa 2 a few times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt, please come back here.

I have tried this a few times and it works for just a few minutes or not at all.
