Versa 2 screen won’t respond

I have a secondhand Versa 2 but the only thing I can get on my screen is Source and telling me to pair with my phone, bit I've already done that successfully

Hi @Shaggy62  -  did you restart the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

Can you post a photo if that doesn't fix it.

I am unable to reset it - my daughter gave it to me as the reset button
doesnt work

@Shaggy62- can you swipe the watch face left, click on Settings, at the bottom, About and in the menu Shutdown.

 

Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

 

If that doesn't work look at cleaning your watch How do I clean my Fitbit device?

@Shaggy62  -  if you are actually connected with the watch in the Fitbit App go to the Gallery tile and change the clock face to a Fitbit one. It might help

 

Failing that let it really run down for a week. That will cause it to restart when next charged which may clear things.

 

Presumably it's out of warranty, but check as it may be 2 years and not 1, depending on where it was bought and where you live.
