Versa 2 screen won’t scroll

I cant move off the clock screen.  Can’t scroll down to view stats or to the left to start an exercise.  So I can’t even shut it off

Hi @BB401 - in case it is just a one time glitch, try restarting it, see How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

If that doesn't fix it probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thanks, did a restart and also dropped the device and did a new sync. Not
helping. It's almost 2 years old and I think it's on its way out!
