Versa 2 screen won't show anything else but the time

Changed Versa 2 user, and now device will only show date time. No goals or actual data will display on device. Check for updates just spins and spins.

As a first approach, please check whether your Versa 2 in on "Always-On" display, as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

I have tried those fixes along with multiple re-starts, delete and add back device, open/close app.  Nothing seems to trigger the device to activate goals and activities accomplished.  Dashes show (along with time and date). I can scroll across between activities, but they all show dashes.
