Does anyone have any tips to fix my versa 2, I can't scroll - up down,  left right - nothing. It's just stuck on the clock face screen.

Tried holding the button down but didn't fix it

@SunsetRunner I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.

Since you're unable to complete the steps I suggested above, I recommend doing a factory reset:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?'

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't make any changes on your Fitbit device's behavior, please check if your Versa 2 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Unfortunately not having any luck with these options, the restart and changing the clock face hasn't allowed me to scroll.

Struggling to check the always on aspect as I can't scroll on the device.

Noticed that the battery is not holding it's charge very well, not sure if related?
