Hi!
My Fitbit versa 2 was working fine yesterday until this morning when my alarm went off and I couldn't turn it off because the screen wasn't responding to my taps. I tried swiping up and down, side to side, and the screen was still not responding.
I tried restarting the Fitbit too and that still didn't work.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If your Fitbit stops responding a hard reboot will usually fix it. Depress the button on the side of the Versa 2 and keep the button pushed in for about 5 seconds until the screen on the watch goes black. When the screen is black the watch is off and will then automatically turn back on thereby completing the reboot. Let me know if this works for you.

This didn't work for me. It started when I switched over my fitbit account to Google as well. Incredibly sad.
