My Versa 2 has died! I have tried resetting multiple time. Holding the button for 30 secs to 5 mins. The charger is fine as it works fir my partners Fitbit. I have tried contacting support via Twitter as that seems to be the only way to contact them but they have not replied. Not sure how quick they are at responding. The Fitbit is only 6 months old so not sure if I can just take it back to Currys and get a replacement. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Clairevic, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
