Yesterday my screen wouldn’t work on my Versa 2, it would only show the main screen and not let me swipe to anything else. 
When I left work it then was constantly vibrating and didn’t stop for 20 minutes. I had to take it off whilst I drove home. 
Screen still wouldn’t work so turned it off and on again several times. Still wouldn’t work today my alarms went off this morning but I couldn’t turn them off due to screen not working. 
Tonight I tried a factory reset but now it just tells me ‘Reset failed! Your data was not cleared. Please try again.’ I have now tried this twice. Literally don’t know what else to try and it’s now really annoying me that I can’t log my workouts! 
Anyone got any advise?

Mine has started playing up today too.  Changed the clock face but the screen either won't switch on, or is flashing.

yup i have the same problem, and from reading the fitbit help forums it seems like lots of people have had the same problem, possibly something to do with the recent update?

I am having the same problem, I’ve reset the phone by holding down the button on the left , severs times . I’ve also uninstalled app on iPhone and reinstalled. 
it started when the watch was just beeping like crazy . It was saying something about device lock pin to unlock phone , had to change that on my app, once I did that it would just go to main screen of watch but nothing else happens . It will sync to the iPhone, but nothing happens when you tap or swipe 😩😩😩😩
