I charged my Versa 2 last night and it was fine up until around noon today. Then it shut down and won’t turn on. The App can’t detect it

It’s crazy. I finally got it to restart but the battery is completely dead. It was 100% last night and it usually lasts about 7 days

Did you do anything special to get it to start? Mine was fine too. Charge it Sunday night and all of a sudden Monday it goes on the fritz that ends in a black screen (like it’s off) except randomly a battery with a red exclamation mark.

It’s a little strange that several of us are having the same issue with the same device at the same time.

I got it to restart after recharging it thanks. Battery was completely even though it was at 100% the night before. It usually stays charged for about 7 days. Not sure what happened but it’s good now thanks

Very strange indeed cuz my Fitbit 2 did the same thing but won't get off the green screen in a faded green color and it will not reboot or factory reset .

I'm having the same issue. My screen is black 12 hours now.

Woke up around 3am and mine was suddenly off. Was charged when I went to bed. Green flashing light on the back is still going. Tried putting it back on the charger...nothing. Long pressed the button...nothing.

I just plugged it back in when I got home and it showed it was at 1% charged. It’s working fine now. I’m thinking there might have been some update that was pushed out that drained the batteries. Can’t think why else anyone else had the same problem

That’s good to know. I’ve seen other people do this and get it to start working again. I’ve plugged it in 3-4 times now with no results. I’ll keep trying.

I charged mine yesterday and today I looked at it and the battery was almost dead. I put it on the charger and got it back up. Then just a little bit ago I looked at it and the screen was black. I put it on the charger and shortly after the logo came on the screen and it started charging. My fully charged watch usually lasts a little over 3 days. It’s never done this before. Hopefully it will hold the charge tonight.

I have tried that and mine keeps shutting down after a couple of hours. Trying to find an update ot something as that is usually the case but nothing.

Same with my versa2.  I went and and purchased Vera 4 to replace and it does less things than 2. Ie, no calendar, can't even get text (none of the plaforms) when call working.   Thinking I may give up on Fitbit and go to different platform.
