I purchased a Versa 2at Kohl's. The side button has quit working. Any suggestions for repair or replacement? The Fitbit hasn't been damaged.

Hi @LucyLocl are you still under warranty? Did you purchase an extended warranty? There are no repairs for these devices. A replacement would be approved only if customer support works with you during the warranty period.
