I am never getting a sleep score, maybe once ever 2 weeks or longer. Anyone else? Why is this?

I would like to confirm if you see your sleep stages, because you must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about sleep stages?
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:

Thank you for confirming that you get the generic sleep data, but not the sleep stages. In order to see a sleep score, you must see sleep stages. Do you get a message explaining why you didn't receive the sleep stages? Please check this help article for more information: Why don't I see sleep stages today?
