My new Versa 2 is rarely tracking my sleep, or it shows I only slept an hour or two when I slept all night. I've rebooted it, checked position and tightness on my wrist, etc. I've had the tracker for a week and it hasn't caught a night of sleep yet.

Hi @TrixieTexas, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and fro trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Even though you already restarted your device once, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 one more time, try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep and let me know if the issue persists.
I'll be around if further assistance is needed.

It is a brand new device that I have had for a week. It hasn't tracked my sleep properly yet, not even once. I will restart one more time and see what happens tonight. I do already wear it on my non dominant hand. And I did change it from normal to sensitive.

I restarted and it is still not tracking my sleep.
