Just got a versa 2 and can’t add the spo2 clock face with iPhone XS watch is version 35.70.7.14 with no updates showing to download what am I doing wrong

I suggest just waiting a bit. The firmware/software update for the Versa's are downloaded via wi-fi when on the charger. It will take a while to get the update downloaded and you will get a notification of the update ready to go. It might take a week or two before the update kicks in.
