Bought this item a few days ago and the step tracker is off. I woke to 300 steps today. It’s off between 600-2300 at the end of each day. Can this be fixed? Do I need to return the device?

Hi, did you setup steps correctly? In the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side and you will see the page with the clock and apps tiles. Scroll down to "Main goal" and set it to steps. Press the back button and then in the dashboard press on top of the screen the account icon (looks like a credit card), scroll down to "activities", press it and set the amount of steps you want to do per day and press OK. After that, restart your Versa.
