Hi! I’ve had my Versa 2 for three days now and although it successfully tracks my sleep, I’m not getting a sleep score. My sister has the Charge 4 and she gets a full sleep score every night.
There’s nothing on the app about adding a sleep score and I’m a bit lost over to what to do!
Sleep score was one of the main reasons I bought the FitBit so advice would be greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that said, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope that helps.
