I got a new phone, a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, and I can't get any notifications on my Fitbit Versa 2. I eas getting all my text messages, phone calls, and instant messages on it until I set up my new phone. Suggestions? I've enabled apps in settings, selected notifications for the hard press button, all that stuff. Nothing seems to work.

Hi @Dayneech - possibly the switch over to the new phone was not totally complete.
As the Fitbit App was loaded on the new phone it will require the same complete setup as the old phone. How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Also there there should no longer be any Bluetooth entry on the old phone and it should be off, along with any other phones or devices.
Try removing the Bluetooth entries and logout of the Fitbit App, clear it's cache and force stop it on the new phone, restart the watch and restart the phone.
After you login to the Fitbit App go to the home screen without closing the App and a sync popup should appear.
Click on it and it should pair and link the device.
If this still doesn't cure it, try "+Set up a new Device"

Hi there, @Elizanne. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
I'd recommend resetting the notifications and set them up again. To do so, follow the steps below:
@Dayneech Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit device.
It seems that your tracker cannot connect properly to your new phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your watch and the old phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:
Hope this helps.

I just resolved this issue with mine, I hope this helps y'all too.
1. Open your app and go to your Today page.
2. Click your profile pic in the top left.
3. Click on your device.
4. Under "General" click Notifications.
5. Check your call, text, calendar, and email settings to make sure they're correct.
6. Click App Notifications and make sure everything is checked that you are supposed to get notifications for.
This fixed it for me after HOURS of turning my phone off and on, deleting my Fitbit app and redownloading it multiple times, and restarting my Fitbit repeatedly, all in various orders.
Hope that helps ♡♡

Hi @Elizanne - do you get the notifications on your phone for liked pictures?
If so, when you have a liked picture notification pending on your phone, check again your Fitbit App settings, click profile photo, device photo, Notifications and App notifications and enable that app, and sync your watch.
