Versa 2 stopped receiving notifications

My Versa 2 (only three months old) stopped alerting/notifying/displaying my incoming text messages and phone calls.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Must have been changes in an update?  I had to go to the Bluetooth settings on my phone for my versa and turn “share system notifications” on. It’s working again now.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following:

*iPhone —see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
*Android —see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

If the steps above don't work, please let me know which platform you're using and if by any chance you're getting any error message. Is this happening with third-party notifications or your phone's default ones?

Hi Maria. I tried all of your suggestions to get notifications from my IPhone 8+ on my Versa 2 (took most of the morning) and still no such luck. And I’m not getting any error messages. Not sure what you mean about 3rd party notifications but my IPhone doesn’t alert me of any calls or texts, be it from my husband, daughter, or robo calls(which I don’t mind ;).
