My Fitbit Versa 2 is not working correctly. I am not getting my text messages no matter what. I have rebooted my phone, rebooted my Fitbit, and changed my notifications settings. I can't figure it out and it is driving me crazy. Also, last night I was getting a phone call and my Fitbit didn't vibrate at all. Any ideas?

Hi there, @prlegl. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not receiving notifications. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 2 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones and/or Why are notifications delayed or missing? depending on your phone.

Unfortunately, my Fitbit isn't in sleep mode. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, and nothing is working. I do get some notifications, but not ones that let me know I have texts from my phone or Messenger.

@prlegl Thanks for getting back and for trying the tips and recommendations I provided above.
In addition to the steps you've done, I'd suggest resetting the notifications settings on your Versa 2. To do so, please try the following in the order listed:
- Sync your Versa 2
- On the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Versa 2 > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable them or to turn them on. If they are already off, try turning them on.
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Restart your Versa 2
- Log back into your Fitbit app
- Turn off the Notifications settings

I'm using a versa 2 & a note 20. Today I noticed Fitbit took off the Google messaging app off the text messaging notifications & automatically selected another one. Unfortunately there is only one app in the list to be selected now. I have no idea which one it is, never used it. Fitbit also took off A LOT of apps that you used to be able to get notifications from, like games out other apps. The list is VERY small now. I'm extremely disappointed in Fitbit now & thinking of getting a Galaxy watch now because of it. They always break things that aren't broke! 🤦:female_sign:
