For the last few hours, my Versa 2 has stopped receiving notifications. I have followed the help guides, I have the latest Fitbit version, all notifications are turned on, I've turned off the watch and android phone and turned back on, I've force stopped the app, I've synced the watch and nothing. The watch and app are showing the same data (steps, heart rate, etc) I just can't get notifications to come through again. Any suggestions?

Hi, yes I have spent several hours trying every one of the steps mentioned. I am getting email notifications but still not getting messages or media platform alerts like I used to. Thank you

I spent nearly 3 hours with 2 people in chat trying to resolve this but the end result was I would have to wait a week for Fitbit to release a new update then I could try to get the notifications back so unfortunately, no help whatsoever. I had to send screenshots to prove what I was trying, which update I was on and that it was the latest available to me, I was just going round in circles to finally be told I would have to wait a week
