Hi there @NetteO, welcome to the Community Forums.
In addition to what @NellyG has recommended you, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If your Versa 2 is still not syncing after performing the above, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @NetteO What phone are you using? Have you tried restarting your Versa 2? If not give that a try. Also try turning bluetooth off on your phone, restart the phone and 5hen turn bluetooth back on and then try syncing the Versa 2. If you still have problems then try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems
