My versa 2 will not count my steps throughout the day. No matter how many times I’ve factory reset it or re synced it with my phone it’ll either stay 0 or get stuck at a certain amount and will not count any further. When this happens my versa will also stop reading my heartbeat properly. I know this because I have a naturally high heart rate and it’ll say I’m at 85bpm even when I’m working out. Lately my versa has also stopped teaching my sleep at night too. All three of these things were some of my mail sellers for buying the Fitbit and now that they aren’t working I am very disappointed. Is there anything I can do to permanently fix this problem?
