My tracker just doesn't track my sleep at all...randomly it just stopped. I've tried reseting, deleting and everything except a hard reset.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
Bear in mind that if your heart rate is not working, you won't receive sleep stages as they are based on your heart rate readings. For more information, see Why don't I see sleep stages today?
