I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 last month. I have noticed intermittent issues where it seems to “freeze” and stop counting steps.
Now it has stopped tracking sleep the last 2 nights.
I have made sure it is updated. I have shut it off and back on. Now I am at a loss and feeling some major buyers remorse.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your device is positioned correctly. Also, tighten the band so that it doesn’t slip on your wrist. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if your sleep and steps get tracked properly.
