Versa 2 stopped vibrating

Hi,

Since a couple of days my Versa 2 doesn't buzz anymore when I still need to get my 250 steps in or when I reached my stepgoal for the day. I do get the messages on the screen but because it doesn't buzz I now keep forgetting to get my last steps in before the hour has passed.

I tried restarts several times. It looks like this problem started to occur now and then after the last firmware update, but now it doesn't buzz anymore at all 😞

I'm really not happy about this because I already notice I keep sitting way longer because I don't get these reminders anymore.

Kind regards,

Linda

Hi there @Linfon85, thanks for stopping by. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 has stopped vibrating after the firmware update. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your watch prior to posting here.

While reading your post I was wondering the do not disturb option may have accidentally activated? If so, please turn it off.

Also, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
