Versa 2 stopped working after the update

The only thing it does is charge there's no lights flashing in the back there is nothing absolutely nothing on the screen had problems ever since the new upgrade and now my watch is unable to be used now what are you going to do I have taken very good care of this watch and now I don't have a watch I don't have a Fitbit

@Mstrishia I understand how you must be feeling. 

While reading your post I was wondering if the screen of your watch is working or is black? I mean, if it's stuck on the Fitbit Logo or any other message that you cannot skip. If so, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.

Hi there, @Mstrishia. Thanks for stopping by and for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

As a first approach, I'd recommend to restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I can't do any of that I can't get into my Fitbit at all there is nothing
on the screen it is black and when I press the button on the side to reset
everything it goes to tell me to set up my Fitbit and then I go to do that
and you guys tell me oh but you already set up so in other words I don't
think I have a fit but anymore and I'm not happy
