Versa 2 stopped working

What a piece of junk. Just got my replacement and this one stopped working. Need a refund going to get something better

Hi @Kittnn1050  a refund is when you purchase from Fitbit.com and decide you don't want it within the first 45 days. If it was replaced once, then your warranty period is the remaining time of the original purchase. Why not work with support to get your Versa 2 working?

I have, I sent back the 1st one in December when it stopped working and the screen went black They said the were sending me a new one, I have had it on for about 2 weeks and now I have the same problem Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
