Versa 2 stopped working

My Versa 2 has stopped working it is scrolling blue on the face. I have tried factory reset but nothing is working. Any suggestions??

Hi @leanne3336 - if you succeeded in doing a factory reset there is not much more you can do, but if the watch was only restarted try changing the clock face, just in case it has a problem.
