Hello, my friend gave me his Versa 2 as he upgraded and I am thinking about getting a new Fitbit. His Versa 2 had not been used in some time. I set it up and linked/paired it with my phone and Fitbit app/account.
However, it is stuck 'loading.' Underneath the date it just states 'loading...' It has been like this for several days. What is it loading? Any advice for it to complete what it is trying to do?
