Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi, I had my fitbit versa 2 for about a year. And one day when it froze so I tried to restart it. It powered off but then I was not able to power it back on. It only showed the logo when I press the button to power it on. I have tried to recharge it and tried to reset it to the factory setting (using the method found in this forum) but nothing worked. I am wondering what would be the next step. Any suggestion is appreciated!

Hi there @JudyZhang, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

I'm not quite sure if you did manage to finally turn on your watch? If not yet, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

In case your watch is still stuck on the Fitbit logo after being turned on, I suggest trying the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I tried what you suggested and I still was not able to turn on my fitbit Versa 2. The only screen I saw was the logo screen.
