Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Since I took my Versa 2 off the charger yesterday, it only displays Fitbit logo for 10 seconds, then turns to black screen for 3 seconds.  This repeats non-stop - 10 seconds logo, 3 seconds off. 

 

I have tried factory reset.  I have deleted/reinstalled app.  I have tapped "forget device", then turned off Bluetooth.  Now, it seems my iphone Bluetooth will not pick up the Fitbit Versa 2.  It's like my Fitbit went dark -  can't be found by Bluetooth, can't be reset, can't be charged.  I have no idea how I can get this to work.  Before I put it on the charger (was at 16%), it worked fine.
