My versa 2 has suddenly turned itself off and whenever I try and restart it shows the Fitbit logo and then turns off again and is blank. Anyone have any other suggestions?? Going to try live chat support tomorrow and see how I go. Have only had it for 8-12 months

Thanks, but my issue was still not resolved and my Fitbit is still doing the same thing.
